1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

Zar Elixir is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the courier. However, we care about your experience:

• If you receive a damaged order, please contact our support team via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to help us file a claim with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, a re-shipping fee may apply.
