Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your Zar Elixir to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we will make it right immediately.

Include your order number and a clear photo or video of the damaged item and the shipping packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you received an item you wish to exchange for a different product from our collection, please reach out to our team. We are happy to help you find the right formula for your skin.

The original item must be returned in its original, sealed condition.

Shipping costs for exchanges due to personal preference (not damage) are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged Items: Zar Elixir covers all shipping costs for replacements.

Returns/Exchanges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
